| VDL Raifa is a 16.3
hh dark bay mare born April 23, 1998. She is by the stallion Burggraaf
out of a Duc De Normandie mare. Burggraaf
is a preferent stallion who jumped international under Roelof Bril in
1991. At Indoor Brabant in Holland he jumped a wall of 2.10m! Burggraaf
is also the sire of Leslie Howard's S'Blieft. Raifa showed in the summer of 2004 in the 1.30m (4'3") classes in Europe. She is an easy to ride but powerful jumper. Raifa was imported to Canada in November 2004, and she is now showing nicely at the 'A' circuit. |
